Nauset Beach Lighthouse

Nauset Beach Lighthouse on Ocean View Drive, off Route 6 in Eastham. Three stone light towers were built here in 1838, and they became known to mariners rounding the Cape as The Three Sisters. They eventually collapsed due to the eroding soil and were replaced by wooden towers in the 1890's. The current steel tower is automated.

Pitch pines and trail
