Eight year old Jennie Camillo lived in West Maniyunk, PA (near Philadelphia). During the summer she picked cranberries. Here she is photographed at Theodore Budd's Bog at Turkeytown, NJ.

Aunt Lizzie Reagan weaving old-fashioned jean at the Pi Beta Phi School, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This aged mountain woman lived near the school and earned her living weaving.
